Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to supported destinations using third-party carriers. We provide the delivery details below so you can plan your order with clear expectations.

Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Promotions, public holidays, or address checks may add time.

Transit

Most parcels arrive approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier capacity, or local holidays.

Fulfillment origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and destination.

Shipping charges and taxes

Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges may be collected by the destination country and may be the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email the tracking number after dispatch. Carrier scans may take several days to appear.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, email service@dgvanxi.com with your order number and delivery details. We will review the shipment and advise the next step.

Address changes

Contact us on the day your order is placed if an address needs correction. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
