Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting service@dgvanxi.com with your order number.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original condition, and accompanied by the order number. Opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.

How to request a return

1. Email us with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request.
2. Wait for written approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
3. Pack the item securely and use a trackable service.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind or preference-based return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we will provide an appropriate solution without charging return shipping where applicable.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Incorrect or damaged orders

Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable items

Used or damaged items caused by customer handling, personalized items, gift cards, and clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.
